Feverfew is a plant related to Daisies and Sun Flowers and has been hailed as natures answer to Migraine sufferers. Feverfew Contains a chemical called Parthenolide that helps prevent blood vessels from dilating and constricting. It may prevent Migraine headaches from occurring but when symptoms take hold the herb doesn’t relieve them. It may however quell symptoms of nausea that often go hand in hand with a severe headache. While it may not stop the headaches altogether, those who commit to daily usage tend to have less frequent and less intense migraines.
