Dr. Major has been excellent since the first day. I have never been to a chiropractor before so he really explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. The staff here is also amazing, I have never had a bad experience over the phone trying to reschedule or cancel an appointment. You can tell that the staff here is really invested in you and tries to help you get better as much as they can.

From the moment I first entered Major Family Chiropractic, I have had nothing but positive, health-oriented experiences with the staff and with Dr. Major. I had been living with chronic neck and back pain for over 27 years due to a car accident where I was rear-ended at a stop light. Dr. Major took the time to talk with me about what kind of pain I was experiencing and what I felt was happening in my body.
I believe that Dr. Major understands that a person knows their body better than anyone else, and wants to know what it is that person is experiencing and from the information the patient gives him, he then develops an approach that first addresses the cause of that pain and then subsequently allows the body to heal itself. I would recommend Dr. Major to anyone and everyone, because in my book, he’s the Real Deal!

Every time I visit Dr. Major I feel as if I’m getting healthier and healthier. My treatment doesn’t seem that much different from other Chiropractors that I’ve had – and believe me, I’ve seen quite a number of them. I was just telling a friend that, of all the Chiropractors I’ve had, Dr. Major ranks in the top 2! That’s truly a huge feat to accomplish with me because I am very discerning of all healthcare practitioners. There just seem to be so many people out there in the medical community who don’t have the right stuff and seem to be more interested in prestige and money than in helping people to be healthier.

I’d like to compliment your business practice, for the excellent service your staff always provides to your clients. Appointment scheduling is as simple as picking up the phone and calling, their is someone always available to answer, and by chance if you may have to leave a brief message, the turn around time for a call back is awesome, quick and prompt service, as we know with some practices it can take days or weeks before you received back a return phone call.
My chiropractic treatments has really bought relief back to my life, I had suffered from a neck and spinal injury due to an automobile accident, and I must say since I have been attending my medical treatments, I have noticed incredible change,as long as you follow Doctors orders.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at the Temple Terrace location. However, Dr Major professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of your treatment plan quickly exceeded my expectations. And Jay, one of the staff members is a lot of fun to speak too and very personable, the staff really makes you feel more like a friend when you walk in. I was injured in an accident and someone told me about Major Family Chiropractic. When I first went into the office I had severe back and neck pain. Doctor Major took x-rays in his office and told me right away what was wrong with my spine. He put me on a treatment plan and I began feeling better in a short time. In the meantime the staff was fantastic and helped me with my insurance and set me up with an attorney so I could receive legal help. Dr. Major and the staff worked with me throughout the process and everything went smooth.
